LeapFrog Has Scored Another Winner5
This is a fabulous and unique toy. My preschooler loves this game and it is a toy that actually holds his attention for an extended period of time (which is rare). The basic concept of the game is for a child to remember a sequence and activate each of the five Fix-Its in the proper order. It hones listening skills, memory, sequencing, and even spatial awareness since each Fix-It operates a different way. It is amazing to see my little one exercise and develop his memory and logical throught processes right before my eyes. It is also uncanny how well this toy caters to the preschooler-brain, in every way. It is like my child inherently understands how to play. I would highly recommend this toy to any child. LeapFrog has scored another hit in our home.

PROS
- Three different levels for increasingly challenging games
- Cute, catchy music and sounds
- Different types of learning (i.e., straight numerical sequencing, musical sequencing, activity sequencing, etc)
- Colorful and durable
- Hold my child’s interest and is something he really loves to play
- Gives my child an immediate sense of accomplishment and encourages rapid learning
- Exercises memory and logical thought processes
- Child can really play this autonomously with no coaching from a parent (which in some cases can also be a CON – see below)

CONS (hard to find any, and these are really small gripes)
- Level 1 is a little too simple. My kid mastered it in less than five minutes — although, since every round is a different light-up sequence he will play it over and over (and over!) again.
- Could have a little more variety. Although my kid loves the toy, hearing the same song over and over again gets a little tiring for mommy.
- Level 3 should be more varied to take full advantage of the light-up sequencing and different ways to challenge the memory other than the way the rest of the levels are played.
- Keep in mind this one is not a toy that requires a lot of parental involvement. Once your child gets the concept of how to play, there is nothing for mom to do other than watch and congratulate. I only list this as a con because I know lots of parents like to be involved in their child’s play, so do not expect that from this toy. However when there are times you need for your kid to entertain himself, this toy is perfect!

SUMMARY
A wonderful, unique educational toy that your child will greatly enjoy and one that you can feel good about purchasing! Highly recommended.

the best toy I have ever bought!!!5
i was skeptical at first when i bought this for my 3 yr old son..(hes now 4) but he picked up on it right away and beats me EVERY TIME!! haha – I run a daycare and the 3 yr old girls I have cannot stay focused on it for more then a minute, and dont know how to play it but my son and i play with this EVERY day, no matter what, for at least 20 minutes.. i do wish level 3 was more difficult and had more songs.

Perfect for Gifted Toddler5
My two year old can read and skip count. It can be tough to find toys like this that will stand up to a toddler’s abuse but go beyond phonics and counting to ten. This toy fits the bill. He knows much of the information it presents, but not all of it, and with the memory and sequencing skills involved, it’s fun and challenging anyway. Plus, operating the “fix-its” probably helps develop fine motor skills.

I think any toddler might enjoy this toy. (Even if a toddler tries it out and isn’t ready for it just yet, he’ll grow into it.) I allow very few electronic toys in the house and recommend even fewer. This one makes the cut.
