Cute, Well Made
This set is very cute and it seems to be well made. It is our first Calico set and my daughter chose this one because it looks like our dog.

For the price we paid, $20, I have some disappointments:

The tails look like they belong on bushy squirrels rather than beagles. It is a soft pipe cleaner type material and is rather furry and odd for a beagle. Every one who sees the set thinks this is strange.

The bodies are off-color and slightly mismatched with the coloring on the heads, but I think I am the only one who will ever notice this.

Despite this, we will probably get a family of cats next because at the very least this set is much nicer than Littlest Pet Shop and ilk. I am just disappointed this was not the experience I expected for the price.

Very Cute!
These precious critters are very detailed and look as if they will last a long time. For the price they are very durable. My daughter holds them in her hand. I will definitely add to her collection with others!

This toy came, but the calico cat family was greatly delayed
The Beagle family was received on time as was the dalmation family. The kids loved them. However, for some reason the calico cat family was delayed and did not arrive until after Christmas. It was a huge disappointment. They all came from the same seller.

Great imaginative play
These are very cute figurines to play with. My daughter loves them. They fit in most of the Calico Critter playsets better than the bigger family size ones. The only downfall is the bows on the back of their diaper come undone a lot, and trying to tie a bow that small is next to impossible even if you have small hands. Besides that these are great for imaginative play for toddlers and make a good collector’s type of item.

Very Cute!
I just started my daughter in collecting Calico Critters (she’s six). She may be a little old for them but my younger daughter will hopefully play with them. Great toy to spark imagination.
